To install COMMANDCentral on Windows® 2000, Windows 2003, or Windows XP, one of the following conditions must be met:
You are a member of the Administrators group on the local machine
System policy is set so that you have elevated privileges for installations
COMMANDCentral can be installed either by downloading it from www.authentium.com/support/downloads/commercial/index.cfm, or by using the product CD.
To download COMMANDCentral from our web site, do the following:
Create a temporary folder on your local hard drive.
Download the self-extracting .exe file into your temporary folder.
Double-click the .exe file. All the files are extracted and placed in your temporary folder.
Double-click setup.exe. After the setup.exe file executes, the installation wizard displays.
To install COMMANDCentral using the product CD, do the following:
Insert the CD into your CD-ROM drive.
Browse the CD for the CSAV\CommandC directory.
Double-click setup.exe. After the setup.exe file executes, the installation wizard displays.
