President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Brunt is responsible for the
operational success of the company.
At Authentium, Mr. Brunt leads company strategy, investor relations, and the
formation of key strategic alliances including those with Microsoft, Google and
Symantec. Prior to Authentium, Mr. Brunt was a Director in the New York office
of idealab! where he evaluated new investment opportunities as well as provided
marketing and business development guidance to idealab! companies. Prior to
idealab!, Mr. Brunt was an Associate with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he focused
on corporate strategy, financial management and business process reengineering.
Mr. Brunt earned his BA and MBA from Duke University and Georgetown University.
Mr. Brunt joined Authentium in 2001.

Chief Scientist
As Chief Scientist and head of Research and Development for
Authentium, and co-inventor of Authentium's
innovative TSX runtime library, Mr. Freericks has
worked at the leading edge of security software
innovation and threat analysis for more than twelve
years. Mr. Freericks is an experienced software
programmer with over twenty years experience in the
software sector, including more than ten years at
Command Software, up until its merger with
Authentium in 2002. Prior to his appointment with
Authentium, Mr. Freericks was Director of Research
and Development (Networking) at Peerless Systems,
and Manager of System Software at Quotron Systems,
Inc./Citicorp. Mr. Freericks holds a Bachelor of
Science equivalent degree from the Technical
University of Eindhoven (Holland), where he studied
computer programming languages, computer design,
integrated circuit design, economics, business
administration, mathematics, and physics.

Chief Financial Officer
Prior to his appointment at Authentium, Carlisle (Kirk) Kirkpatrick
worked with Seisint, where he was responsible for organizing the
company's initial public offering prior to its acquisition by Lexis-Nexis.
Prior to working at Seisint, Mr. Kirkpatrick was a principal at Accenture
Technology Ventures. At Accenture, he worked in all phases of venture
capital investment with a focus on Enterprise Software. Prior to working
at Accenture, Mr. Kirkpatrick
worked at Illinova as Corporate Development Manager, and at Pepsico as
their Senior Financial Analyst.

Chief Operating Officer
Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer,
Mr. Cameron was head of Project Management at
Authentium, with responsibility for management and
delivery of ESP for ISPs. Prior to Authentium, Mr.
Cameron was one of the founders of the VeriSign
Global Voice Registry. Prior to working at VeriSign,
Mr. Cameron was co-founder of the GTE (now Verizon)
Credit Card and GTE PhoneCard Services divisions,
two businesses for which he helped create more than
several hundred million dollars in value within
eight years. Mr. Cameron is a former IBM staffer.


Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining Authentium, Mr. Dickenson was
formerly VP of Technology and Product Management at
NewChannel, a web sales solution company acquired by
LivePerson. After NewChannel he was VP of Product
Management at InnerPresence Networks, a document
security and business rights management company.
Previously, he was the Director of West Coast
Operations for Digex, Inc, where he led the
build-out, staffing and operation of the Digex
SmartCenters in the Silicon Valley. Prior to Digex,
he spent nine years at The Johns Hopkins University
Applied Physics Laboratory, supporting the U.S.
Navy's Strategic Communications Network and the
Federal Highway Administration's Intelligent
Transportation System project. Mr. Dickenson served
8 years in the U.S. Navy as a linguist and
intelligence analyst on submarines, surface ships
and aircraft. He was presented the Defense
Meritorious Service Medal by the Director of the NSA
in 1988.


General Counsel
Mr. Spataro has extensive legal experience working
with emerging technology companies. He began his
legal career in 1996 as an attorney with Venture Law
Group, in Menlo Park, California. Most recently,
Carl served as Deputy General Counsel for Collegiate
Funding Services, LLC, which was sold to JPMorgan
Chase Bank, N.A. in March 2006. Carl was also as an
attorney with the law firm of Covington & Burling,
in Washington, DC. Prior to law school, Carl served
as a communications officer in the United States
Marine Corp and was employed as an engineer with
IBM.
As general counsel of Authentium, Inc., Carl Spataro
is responsible for all legal matters, including
corporate governance, intellectual property
protection and licensing, business transactions and
dispute resolution. Carl graduated from
Stanford Law School in 1996, where he was appointed
to the Order of the Coif. Carl also has an Executive
MBA from Vanderbilt University, where he received
the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and a
Bachelor’s Degree, with honors, from the United
States Naval Academy.

VP Finance
Ann Olsen s a CPA with a Masters in Accounting from the
University of Central Florida and has extensive skills
in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis. Prior
to her position as world wide corporate controller, Ann
held positions as Accounting Manager at Command Software
Systems (acquired by Authentium in 2002). As a general
exception, she passed the CPA exam on her first attempt.
Ms. Olsen is responsible for worldwide financial
reporting and compliance with the Authentium Group.


Authentium, Inc.
Chairman
Authentium’s co-founder and Chairman is John C.
Sharp, former Managing Director for Asia of WorldSpace
Corporation, a global satellite broadcaster based in
Washington DC.
Prior to WorldSpace, Mr. Sharp acted as Chairman &
CEO of Content and Systems, a Singapore-based boutique
consultancy firm specializing in international
regulatory negotiations and project management on behalf
of international satellite system managers and
broadcasters, and business development on behalf of
technology development companies and organizations,
including Sony Television, Muvee, the Strategic
Intelligence Group, and the MIH Group. While at Content
& Systems, Mr. Sharp was an active participant in
US-sponsored negotiations with the government of China
concerning copyright law, and successfully concluded
over forty program licensing deals with China-based
content developers. At Singapore University technology
annex Kent Ridge Digital Labs, the first MIT-certified
technology lab established outside of the US, Mr. Sharp
headed up a team of more than thirty Java and C++
developers assigned to two software development
projects, and assisted in business development and
bridging activities.
Since co-founding Authentium in 1999, Mr.
Sharp has raised more than $35 million in investment
for Authentium, and has established Authentium as
one of the fastest-growing and most innovative
software-as-a-service companies in the security
software industry.


Director
As Senior Vice President and Director of the
Al-Fawares group, Sheikh Abdullah has helped the company
forge partnerships with several leading US and
international groups, including Harris Corp, Apple and
Microsoft. He is the Founder and VP of US-based
broadband communications innovator MDS Communications
and GM of Universal Media, and has served as a member of
the board of directors of Authentium since January 2004.
In addition, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Sabah is Chariman of
LotusAir, based in Egypt. Lotus Air holds a fleet of
four new Airbus A 320 aircrafts, in addition to an
additional A319 aircraft for low capacity routes. Lotus
Air's main business partner is First Choice, based in
the United Kingdom, through which Lotus Air have long
term charter contracts with destinations such as Italy,
France, Spain, Germany, Holland, Finland, Poland,
Estonia, Hungary and Slovak Republic. It currently run
on regular basis from those countries to Sharm El-Sahaikh.
Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Sabah is a graduate of George
Washington University with B.S. Mechanical Engineering
and Masters in Finance, and a leading innovator in the
field of broadband wireless communications in the Middle
East. Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Sabah is based in Kuwait
City, Kuwait.

Director
The Company’s co-founder,
Mr. Philip Braden, 47, was formerly CEO of Mindport USA,
Vice President of Asian satellite television company
STAR TV, and Executive Vice President of Orbit
Communications, based in Rome. Mr. Braden is currently
Chairman & CEO of the Orbital Recovery Group, an
aerospace technology company that uses proprietary
in-orbit automated systems and techniques to
significantly extend the in-service lifetimes of
geostationary orbit telecommunications satellites.
Mr. Braden was previously CEO of Mindport USA, based in
San Diego, USA. Prior to working at Mindport, Mr. Braden
was EVP Engineering at the Orbit Group, the worlds first
digital satellite television broadcaster. Prior to his
tenure at Orbit, Mr. Braden was Vice President of
Broadcast Operations and Engineering at STAR TV - Asia's
largest and first satellite TV broadcaster – where he
was responsible for ground up design, procurement,
installation and recruitment of all infrastructure
required to bring the station to air. In addition, Mr.
Braden led the technical due diligence efforts that led
to the successful acquisition of STAR TV by News
Corporation in 1992.
Mr. Braden is a recognized expert in orbital
infrastructure innovation and digital distribution
strategies. In 1995 he won the top award for digital
system design innovation and system architecture at the
International Broadcasting Convention. Mr. Braden has
been a Director of Authentium since its founding in
2000.

Director
Mr. Benjamin brings over 30 years of experience in a
diversified range of industries to the leadership and
management of Al-Fawares Construction & Development
Company, a Kuwaiti based shareholding company where he
serves as its CEO.
He is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief
Executive officer of ATO Ram2 Ltd since 1992, where he
is responsible for managing ATO’s operations and its
investments in public and private companies in the
United States, Europe and the Arabian Gulf States. Mr.
Benjamin is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Bahrain Middle East Bank (BMB), an offshore investment
bank in Bahrain. He is also the Chairman of Egyptian
Real Estate and Development Company, an Egyptian based
company executing major real estate development projects
in Egypt. Mr. Benjamin has served on the board of
Directors of Authentium since January 2004.
His extensive international background in business
development in North America, the Middle East, Canada
and Europe, and his vision for lucrative investments has
been instrumental in producing efficient investments Mr.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science - Business
Administration from Al-Hikma University, Baghdad, Iraq. Mr. Benjamin
has been on the board of Authentium since January 2004.


Director
Mr. Fogg has over 35 years of experience providing
companies access to capital. Prior to founding Westbury,
he was a senior Managing Director at Morgan Stanley &
Co., Incorporated. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Fogg
served in various capacities, including as a founding
member and head of the Mergers and Acquisitions
Department and the Corporate Finance Department, and
ultimately as head of Morgan Stanley's worldwide
investment banking operations. Mr. Fogg currently serves
as an Advisory Director of Morgan Stanley. Additionally,
he is a co-founder and former Co-Chairman of the
Investment Committee of Princes Gate, Morgan Stanley's
$750 million bridge equity fund.
In addition, Mr. Fogg brings a wealth of expertise in
service firm management gained, in part, through his
role as head of Morgan Stanley's 1,000-person Investment
Banking Division, operating in 16 offices on four
continents, and his role and responsibilities on Morgan
Stanley's Management Committee. Mr. Fogg serves as
Chairman of Westbury III's Investment Committee. As he
has since Westbury's founding, Mr. Fogg plays an active
role in deal origination and networking and will oversee
the due diligence process in connection with prospective
investments. He currently sits on the Board of Directors
of the following Westbury portfolio companies: Advanced
Interactive Systems, Authentium, Ensequence and Qpass.
Long active in Republican politics, Mr. Fogg served as
National Finance Chairman of Robert Dole for President
in 1988 and National Vice Chairman of Phil Gramm for
President in 1994, and is a former New York State
Republican Party Finance Chairman. Mr. Fogg is a
Director of The Yale University Art Gallery, Vice
Chairman of The Keewaydin Foundation and a member of The
Yale Development Board. Mr. Fogg earned his BA in
Economics from Yale College and his MBA from the Harvard
Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar.


Director
Mr. Kemmerer is Senior Vice President, Information
Technology, Safeguard Scientifics. Mr. Kemmerer
joined Safeguard Scientifics in June 2004 as Vice
President, Business Development, a role in which he
spearheads the identification and support of acquisition
and investment opportunities in the software and IT
services markets. Prior to joining Safeguard, Mr.
Kemmerer was a director with Kennet Venture Partners,
where he sourced and managed software and
technology-enabled services investments. He also served
as a principal at Broadview International, where he
co-led the firm's Silicon Valley team focused on mergers
and acquisitions in the software applications market.
Earlier in his career, he was a manager in Deloitte &
Touche's Management Consulting practice and a software
developer at Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Kemmerer earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from
Vanderbilt University, and holds an MBA with a
concentration in Entrepreneurial Management from The
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Director
Since 1998, Mr. Stewart has been both an investor and
Chairman of Sand Hill Capital based in Menlo Park, CA.
Sand Hill Capital specializes in providing both debt and
equity financing to venture capital backed IT companies.
Mr. Stewart is also a co-Founder and Managing Director
of the Sand Hill Capital Sakura Fund which provides
equity financing to the Sand Hill Capital portfolio of
companies. In addition, Mr. Stewart is a Venture Partner
of the China Seed Fund headquartered in Shanghai, China.
Prior to founding Sand Hill Capital, Mr. Stewart founded
Asia Pacific Ventures (APV) in 1990. APV is an
international consulting and private equity firm
specializing on assisting U.S. venture-backed IT
companies enter and conduct business in the Japan and
Asia marketplace. Mr. Stewart is also the Founding
General Partner of APV Technology Partners (APV TP) I,
II & III which are early stage IT-focused venture
capital funds with over $200 million under management.
Prior to founding Asia Pacific Ventures in 1990, from
1983-1990, Mr. Stewart worked at NEC and was the first
U.S. Executive transferred to NEC Headquarters in Tokyo
in 1995. Mr. Stewart was involved in the global
corporate planning of NEC’s Computer and Communications
(C&C) market expansion and systems integration
throughout the world. Mr. Stewart has a BA in Economics
from St. Anselm College, NH, where he is also on the
Board of Trustees. In addition, he has an MBA in Finance
from Suffolk University, Boston, MA.


Authentium, Inc.
Co-Founder
Educated at the University of Amsterdam, Mr. De Bruijn has been involved in the design and deployment of
Internet solutions and network security architectures
since 1991. He has twice received a Microsoft Most
Valuable Professional (MVP) award. After joining the MIH
Group in 1996, Mr. De Bruijn assisted in the development
of the first major digital TV platform in Europe,
including one of the first systems designed to address
IP control data. Prior to joining Authentium as
co-Founder and architect of the Authentium ESP Enhanced
Security Platform, Mr. De Bruijn handled high-tech
implementation and business development projects within
Mindport, the technology arm of the MIH Group. In
addition to being a regular contributor to several
magazines in the field of software development Mr. De
Bruijn is a member of the Society of Cable
Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).


Co-Founder (In Memoriam)
Prior to leading the team that developed Authentium’s
Command Antivirus technologies, Ms. Dyer was founder and
general manager of an accounting business in Canada,
which specialized in preparing documentation for public
offerings on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Through
strategic investments, she acquired technology which led
to the formation of Command Software Systems, Inc, which
merged with Authentium in 2002.

Co-Founder (In Memoriam)
One of our co-founders, Mahdi Elmamoun, passed away in
2004 at the age of 40, the result of a helicopter
accident in Nice, France. Mahdi was a co-founder and
early backer of Authentium, and one of the driving
forces behind the company's creation. The son of a
Sudanese diplomat and a German banker, Mahdi graduated
from Georgetown University and then later joined
German-based AG Metallgeshaft as an investment banker,
based in Singapore.
